What to do first
Compare five fields between the row and destination: product identity, selected variation, visible evidence, price context, and source identity. If two or more fields break, return to the shortlist rather than guessing what the link used to show.
A working link is not the same as a matching link
Product pages change. A seller can replace a listing, remove a variation, redirect to a storefront, or reuse a page for a related item. The browser showing a successful page does not confirm that the ShipzoBuy spreadsheet row is still current.
Keep the row visible while checking the destination. This turns a vague impression into a field-by-field comparison.
The five-field continuity check
- Product identity. The item type, model cues, and main visible features still match.
- Variation. The color, size, bundle, or version you intended is still present and clearly selectable.
- Evidence. The current page or album still provides the photos, measurements, or description that justified the row.
- Price context. The visible amount belongs to the intended variation and is not only a deposit, minimum, or unrelated option.
- Source identity. The item page, storefront, seller, or album is the one the row appears to describe.

Check options and listing state
Confirm that the main image, option labels, price, and visible details still describe the saved item.
Separate item from storefront
A store page can be useful for context, but it is not a substitute for the exact item page named in the row.
Read quantity and variation carefully
Check minimum quantities, option-dependent prices, bundles, and whether the shown amount matches the intended configuration.
Connect album and product route
Confirm that the album is current, specific enough, and linked to a usable product or contact route you understand.
Storefront, search result, or item page?
A storefront answers “where else can I browse?” A search result answers “what pages mention this term?” An item page answers “what is currently offered here?” Do not treat these destinations as interchangeable. If the row promises an item but opens a broad store, the product identity still needs to be found and checked.
Use link converters for format, not trust
A raw-link converter or original-link tool can make a destination easier to read or open. It cannot verify the seller, recover a removed variation, confirm that QC photos belong to the item, or guarantee a safe transaction. After conversion, repeat the same five-field check.
What to do with redirects and duplicate listings
One redirect may be normal, but an unexpected chain that changes the domain, product, or seller deserves caution. With duplicates, keep the page that offers the clearest identity and evidence rather than the one with the most familiar title. Record the final destination, not only the link copied from the sheet.
- The product type changes after the page loads.
- The intended color or size no longer appears.
- The visible price belongs to a different variation.
- The album has photos but no usable current product route.
- A supposed item link opens only a broad storefront.
- The destination asks for sensitive details before showing the item.
