Use this after the category is clear and before a row joins your shortlist. It is a filter for weak information, not a promise about a product, seller, order, or result.

A row earns its place when it fits the category, shows useful evidence, includes workable size or specification details, survives a realistic cost check, and gives you a reason to return. If too many answers are missing, remove the row for now.
The seven-point filter
The score reflects information quality. It does not verify a seller or predict what will arrive.
Turn the score into an action
A score is useful only when it changes what you do next. These labels keep uncertain rows from sitting in the same pile as the candidates that are ready for closer comparison.
The category matches, core evidence is visible, and the remaining question is specific and non-blocking.
The item may fit, but a measurement, angle, variant, source detail, or weight question still needs an answer.
The link is mismatched, the evidence is too weak, or the row depends on guesses that cannot be checked efficiently.
Photos need a purpose
“More photos” is not a complete request. Decide which angles and details would change your decision before opening another set.
Both sides, toe shape, heel alignment, sole, stitching, size tag, and insole length.
Front and back, collar or hood, cuffs, print placement, fabric texture, chest, and length.
Dimensions, hardware, edge finish, straps, closure, interior, and included parts.
Front, back, lining, closures, shoulders, sleeves, hem, measurements, and likely bulk.
Scale, finish, clasp, markings, dimensions, function disclosure, and close-up lighting.
Model, ports, labels, included pieces, visible condition, compatibility, and power details.
A canvas shoulder bag row links to the same visible item, gives width, height, and depth, shows the strap and interior, names the material, and includes an estimated item weight. The price sits beside two comparable bags.
Why it stays: the live page has a clear checklist.
“Amazing bag, top seller” uses one promotional photo, gives no dimensions, opens a page with several unclear variants, and says nothing about weight or materials.
Why it goes: the row asks you to guess at every useful detail.
A seller comparison is most useful when the same current option is available from more than one source and you compare the clarity of photos, measurements, specifications, terms, and price context. A review can add experience, but it should name the product or listing, what was actually examined, and when the experience occurred. Neither one replaces your own live-page review.
A reusable record
A short decision log prevents repeated work. Use the same fields for every candidate so two options can be compared without reopening every tab just to remember what you saw.

One-sentence save rule
“I am saving this because it fits my category and constraints, and the next page gives me enough evidence to check ______.” If the blank stays empty, the row has not earned more time.

A high score means the row is easier to research. Re-check the live product page before any decision because listings and policies change.
